My favourite music is Across the Stars, from AOTC, although I also enjoy TPM's Droid Invasion (the aforementioned Clone Theme) and the music from ANH when Luke Skywalker is looking at the binary sunset.

Yours is also awesome wish I could play as good as that, even on the saxophone! I also like the melody of songs it has most of the star wars songs in that one piece!
