There usually 75-100 pages long and around 8 mainstream comics come out every week, we also have extra things like mini marvel, and there are so many more marvel films than star wars

Star Wars comics only come out thrice a week, I'll admit, but each story contains about thirty or forty pages, so there's not TOO much between them.

No he is not making things up. The 3D, extended remake of TPM is due for release this year (and note before you comment that you never once disallowed remakes). In addition, six more original films have been planned, of which three have been scripted.
