Slowly, but not in any way elegantly, Jack stretched his arms out to maximum capacity, narrowly missing the battered wooden headboard in the process, and gave the most almighty yawn ever heard. He looked at his watch. 6am. Strange, that. It wasn't at all like Jack to wake up any time before ten. Despite his reputation as a lazy layabout who did nothing, Jack had a good head on his shoulders and instantly worked out that something wasn't as it should have been. But what this something was he still could not work out. Jack had a brief but heated mental discussion with himself regarding whether to get out of bed and check or not. After about a minute of brain-burning, he decided not too, and wrapped his duvet tighter around him than before. There would be time to explore later, he figured, after Em came up with bacon and eggs.
A blink of an eye later, Jack heard the sound of frying bacon in the pan downstairs. He looked at his watch again. 10am! Four hours in only a second. He must have gone straight back to sleep. Em would be upstairs soon. So Jack crawled out of bed, pulled some clothes on and slowly headed downstairs... Part 2 coming next Tuesday!

I'd forgotten, but I've got my character sheet in front of me now, and apparently it is Emily Richmond (I'm good at making up names, BTW). Also in that scene was Jack Atkinson. Look out for Chris Hudell, Tommy McMichael, Charlie Phillips and old Jom Canterall!
