Admins can reproof moderators and members, well rufus was a member and a member couldn't have reproofed a moderator, and moderators can't even reproof members.

Basically Rufus can't of reproofed me because he was a member and I was a moderator. Members and moderators can't hand out reproofs only admins can.

It's something that you get if you break a rule, if you get 100% then you aare banned from the website for a time. And only Admins can hand them out and Rufus isn't an Admin so how could he have reproofed me?! I'm sure there's a reproof page in the moderators section and something about them in the rules (top right of every page) Added (19-March-11, 16:48)
