When the tree fell over
Once apon a time there was a tree. The tree was covered in bark. The bark was brown. The tree also had leaves. The leave were green. The tree also had many birds living in amongst it's beautiful branches. The birds lived in nests. One day, however, all this changed.
There was, overnight, the most notorious of hurricanes. The hurricane blew against the tree and the tree fell over. Boom. Just like that. The tree was old, you see.
Anyhow, the next morning, the local townspeople were all gathered around the fallen tree. It had fallen on someone's house, you see. The people did not understand; they had slept right through the hurricane, you see.
Eventually, it decided that the tree would be left there, leaning against the remains of a certain someone's house (I might just point out here that the certain someone was quite important. That certain someone was the mayor, you see). The tree is still there to this day. And so is the house- That is what is supporting the tree, you see. If the house were to collapse under the overwhelming pressure, the tree might just have no choice but to fall down and kill us all. And we wouldn't want that now, would we?
