I think ,maybe, that Davros should never have returned after 'Genesis'. I mean, it's a brilliant storyline. Davros's creates his own race of warriors that then kill the man who created them. It's a brilliant plot, but when he returned in 'Destiny', not only was it terrible acting but it basically meant that every Dalek story had to be a Davros story which sort of ruins it

Perhaps... The one with just the one dalek (I think it was called "Dalek") didn't have Davros... but I see your logic.

I like dalek sec, but one of my favourites has got to be emperor dalek. I like davros, too.

The dalek race are not destroyed after all, and how do we do? A flashing LED light in the emperor dalek set. (See the Dalek Tapes extra on Genesis of the Daleks - get the original version if they rerelease it, though)

I think Earthshock is an amazing story. The first episode is immense. It is one of the only Doctor Who stories that still actually scares me

The androids are creepy. The fact that it's set in a dark and gloomy atmosphere also makes it more fearful and cold

It doesn't matter if you don't think Earthshock is scary, it's still an amazing story. The directing is superb and the music is sublime.

Agreed. But not as good as Seeds of Doom. Chase's CM is just phenomenal! And the Krynoid... don't get me started! But it's ironic what happens to Scorby, in a kind of way.
(Other people probably haven't the foggiest what we're on about now.)
